Our manufacturing ZY Tungsten Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990 as a corporation with business units covering tungsten exploration, mining, upgrading, metallurgical processing, cemented carbide and tools manufacturing, powder production, and tungsten alloy manufacturing.  Enviornmentally designed factory facilities with self-owned water power station are located in a beautiful county in Far East, which is known as the “Tungsten Capital of the World”. ZY Tungsten owns five mining exploration orefield, four wolfram mines with explored deposits of more than 300,000 tons of WO3 and five tungsten-processing plants hiring over 2000 employees with annual capacity of 10000 tons of APT, 5000 tons tungsten powder, 4000 tons tungsten carbide powder, 1500 tons cemmented carbide products.

Advanced Processing Technologies

"Milling, ion-exchange, and continuous-crystallization" are used in the ZY Tungsten metallurgical processes. Wax or PEG is used as lubricant. Ball milling, spray drying, fully automatic two-way pressing, vacuum extrusion, dual-hydraulic pressing, cold isostatic pressing, vacuum sintering and sinter HIP furnaces have been installed in cemented carbide production.

Most advanced technologies and equipment such as belt type continuous reduction furnaces, multi-tube and high temperature reduction furnaces, and automatic molybdenum heated carburization furnaces have been installed in powder production.
